Hire Dedicated Developers in Gurgaon
We have run an office-based offsite team out of Gurgaon for ten years. It is the cheapest Tier-1 Indian city per quality-adjusted engineer hour, has the best international airport access, and the attrition is roughly half of what Bangalore averages. Here is the honest case.
Why Gurgaon (and when it is the wrong answer)
I will not tell you Gurgaon beats Bangalore on everything. It does not. For a niche ML hire we still sometimes recruit from Bangalore and have the engineer fly up. But for a typical dedicated team of four to fifteen engineers working on a web or mobile product, Gurgaon is the better pick on six specific factors. Here they are.
Cheaper than Bangalore for the same talent
Office rent in Cyber City is roughly 25% lower than Whitefield or Koramangala. Senior developer salaries run 10-15% lower for similar profiles. The same engineer who costs ₹2.4 lakh a month in Bangalore costs us about ₹2.0 lakh in Gurgaon.
Forty minutes from Delhi airport
Indira Gandhi International is a direct ride away. When a client flies in for a quarterly review, they go from immigration to our office in under an hour. Bangalore and Hyderabad clients usually budget half a day for the same trip.
Enterprise-grade office infrastructure
SpazeiTech Park has biometric access, CCTV on every floor, dual fibre internet with automatic failover, and on-site UPS plus diesel backup. We have not lost a working day to a power or network outage in three years.
Quiet talent pool that does not job-hop
Gurgaon engineers move jobs less often than Bangalore engineers. The all-India IT attrition rate sits near 18%, our Gurgaon team runs at 9%. Lower attrition means your team retains product knowledge for years, not quarters.
Decent quality of life, decent commute
The new metro from south Delhi and Faridabad means most of our team is at their desk in 40 minutes. Bangalore traffic alone burns an extra 90 minutes a day. That time goes into either your sprint or your engineer's burnout column.
Right next to Delhi NCR's hiring ecosystem
We draw candidates from Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and Gurgaon itself. That is roughly 5 million tech professionals within a one-hour radius. The pool for niche skills (Rust, Go, ML engineering) is smaller than Bangalore, but it is real and we have hired from it for years.
Gurgaon vs Bangalore vs Hyderabad, honestly
These are real numbers from our books and from publicly available salary surveys (Naukri, AmbitionBox, Glassdoor) cross-checked against the rates we actually pay. None of this is theoretical.
| Factor | Gurgaon (us) | Bangalore | Hyderabad |
|---|---|---|---|
| Senior developer cost (₹ / month, fully loaded) | ₹1.8L - ₹2.4L | ₹2.2L - ₹3.0L | ₹1.6L - ₹2.2L |
| Office rent per seat / month | ₹10K - ₹14K | ₹14K - ₹18K | ₹8K - ₹11K |
| Average commute time | 40-50 min | 75-100 min | 45-60 min |
| Airport access from office | 30 min (IGI) | 60-90 min (KIA) | 45 min (RGIA) |
| Annual attrition (industry average) | 13-15% | 18-22% | 15-18% |
| Talent pool size (Tier-1 IT cities) | 5M (Delhi NCR) | 6M | 2.5M |
Numbers are for senior full-stack developers with 5 to 8 years of experience. Fully loaded means salary plus statutory benefits (Provident Fund, ESI, gratuity) plus health insurance. Office rent is for premium tech parks (Cyber City, DLF Phase 3, SpazeiTech in Gurgaon; Whitefield, Koramangala in Bangalore; HITEC City in Hyderabad).
The office your team actually walks into
SpazeiTech Park, Sector 49, Gurgaon. A4-grade tech park, same building as backend offices for a couple of Fortune 500 companies. We took the lease in 2018 and have grown into the whole floor since. It is the office, not a coworking floor we slot people into.
- Biometric access. Engineers swipe in with their fingerprint, you see the daily attendance log.
- Two independent fibre lines from Airtel and ACT. Average measured uptime: 99.97% over the last 18 months.
- Diesel UPS on the whole floor. Power cuts in Gurgaon happen, we have never lost a work hour to one.
- Dedicated meeting rooms with HD video gear (Logitech Rally Bar) for client calls.
- On-floor pantry, lunch arranged with a local vendor for ₹120 per meal.
- Locked client-specific server rack space for engagements that need it.

Time zone overlap, by region we serve
The single biggest objection we hear from US West Coast and Australia is the time zone gap. It is real, but it is solvable with overlap windows and an async-first working style. Here is how each region looks in practice.
US East Coast (EST)
6:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST = 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Five solid hours of overlap. Standups and code reviews happen during the US morning. The Gurgaon team works mostly async after the overlap window.
US West Coast (PST)
9:30 PM - 1:00 AM IST = 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM PST
Three to four hours of evening overlap. Works best when the team runs an async-first culture. We have a handful of engineers who voluntarily flex to a 1pm-10pm IST shift for West Coast clients.
UK (GMT / BST)
1:30 PM - 7:30 PM IST = 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM BST
Six hours of overlap. The most natural pairing. Daily standup, lunch, and a sync afternoon block all fit comfortably.
UAE / Dubai (GST)
10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST = 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GST
Almost a full workday. Only 90 minutes of time difference. The team operates exactly like an in-house team in Dubai, minus the salary cost.
Australia (AEST)
5:30 AM - 12:30 PM IST = 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST
Reverse pattern. Australia clients get morning Gurgaon hours overlapping with their full workday. We flex one or two engineers to a 7am-4pm IST shift if the engagement is significant.
Tech stacks we run from Gurgaon
Most of our active engagements run on these stacks. Each link goes to a page with what we do, the seniority levels we typically place, and the salary band for that stack.

How Gurgaon teams have actually played out
Two engagements from the last three years. Both ran out of this office, both kept retention above industry average, both are still ongoing.
Scaling a FinTech Startup from MVP to 100K Users
FinEdge launched out of Dubai in 2024 with a wallet app aimed at the UAE expat market. By the time the founders reached out, they had three engineers, a working MVP, and a Series A close that depended on hitting feature parity with two better funded competitors. Their CTO put it bluntly. He needed twelve engineers within sixty days, and the alternative was burning two of his three remaining months of runway on Dubai recruiters who could not promise more than five hires in that window. The local salary numbers also did not work. A senior React developer in Dubai was costing around 18,000 AED per month, which would eat their next round before the product even launched.
Read the case studyEnterprise CRM Migration for a Global Logistics Company
GlobalServe runs freight forwarding across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and the UAE. Their CRM was a fifteen year old ColdFusion application sitting on aging hardware in their Sydney data centre. It had grown into a single system carrying customer accounts, shipment tracking, invoicing and a partner portal. Roughly two thousand staff and a few hundred logistics partners used it daily. Every year the maintenance bill went up and the pool of ColdFusion developers shrank further. Their internal IT team of eight was already at capacity keeping the system patched and could not take on a rewrite. The board had given the CIO twelve months to migrate to a modern stack without a single day of operational downtime.

Why not just hire in Bangalore or Hyderabad?
We do hire there too when a client specifically asks for it. For most teams, Gurgaon comes out 10-25% cheaper on the same role, has better airport access, and lower attrition. Bangalore wins on raw talent pool size, especially for ML and infra roles. Hyderabad is similar to Gurgaon on cost but further from international connectivity.
Is your Gurgaon office a real office or coworking?
Real office. We have a dedicated floor at SpazeiTech Park (Sector 49) with our own access control, our own network, and our own conference rooms. Coworking is fine for two-person teams. For a real dedicated team you need predictable seating, secure networks, and a place engineers actually want to come to.
Can my engineers work from home some days?
Yes. We default to four days in office, one day work-from-home. That mix has held up well for retention without losing the in-person collaboration that makes a team feel like a team. We have clients who run fully office-based and clients who run two-and-three hybrid, both work.
What happens during a power cut or internet outage?
Two fibre links from different providers, automatic failover. Diesel generator that kicks in within 30 seconds and runs the whole floor including AC. On the engineer's machine, dual SIM hotspots if both ISPs went down at once, which has not happened in three years.
Can I visit the team?
Yes, and we encourage it. Most clients visit once a quarter. We arrange airport pickup, hotel near the office, and reserve a dedicated meeting room for your visit week. About a third of our clients have done quarterly visits since their team started.
Do you only place developers in Gurgaon?
Mostly. We have placed remote-only engineers from Bangalore, Pune, Indore, and Jaipur when a client needed a specific niche skill we could not find locally. The vast majority of our placements work from the Gurgaon office full-time.
What is the legal entity my team is employed under?
AllDomainSoft.com Pvt. Ltd., the Indian company. We are the employer of record, we run payroll, file taxes, and handle compliance with the Provident Fund, ESI, and the rest. You do not need to set up an Indian entity to work with us.
Want to see the office and meet the team?
Most of our clients start with a 30-minute call, then a video tour of the floor. After that we draft a team and shortlist within a week.
