Common Questions
How quickly can a new engineer start?
For mainstream stacks like React, Node, .NET, PHP and Python, we usually have shortlisted profiles within a week. Most engineers can join within ten to fifteen days of contract signature. Niche skills like specific ML frameworks or legacy systems can take longer, and we will tell you up front if that is the case.
What is the minimum team size and engagement length?
We start at one engineer with a three month minimum. Most of our clients run teams of three to fifteen people for twelve months or longer. There is no upper limit on team size, and engagements can be ramped up or down with a thirty day notice.
Do the engineers work on our hours or yours?
Both options are on the table. Our teams currently run shifts that overlap with the UK, EU, US East Coast, US West Coast, the Gulf, Australia and Singapore. Pick the pattern that works for your team and we will roster around it.
How is the pricing structured?
A single monthly fee per engineer that covers salary, benefits, office, equipment, HR, payroll and compliance. No setup fee, no recruitment fee, no hidden surcharges. Pricing varies by role and seniority and is always quoted in writing before you commit.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do, from day one. Every engineer signs an IP assignment and a client specific NDA before they get access to your repositories. The master service agreement spells out IP ownership, confidentiality and data protection.
Can we visit the team in Gurgaon?
Yes, and most clients do. Our office is in SpazeiTech Park, a fifteen minute drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport. We can arrange a visit, a working day with the team, or a longer offsite. Just let us know a few weeks in advance.
