We are not a marketplace. We are not a remote staffing platform. We run a real office in Gurgaon with biometric access, dual fibre internet, and the same people coming to the same desks every working day. Here is where we are.
Gurgaon, India (Delhi NCR)
SpazeiTech Park, Sector 49. A4-grade tech park, dedicated floor, biometric access, two independent fibre lines, generator backup. Forty minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport. We have been on this floor since 2018 and grown into the whole space.
Why we have not opened more offices
Distributed engineering across multiple cities sounds good on a pitch deck. In practice it dilutes culture, makes attrition harder to manage, and adds overhead per client engagement. We have grown to fifteen times our 2018 size on a single office and the unit economics are still better than a fragmented setup.
For clients that need on-site work in their country, we do short-term engineer visits (1-4 weeks). For permanent on-shore presence, we work with partner firms in the UK, US, and UAE for project management coordination.
